Cool Light Teeth Whitening
Nowadays, teeth whitening technology offers a fast and effective solution for patients who want a brighter, whiter smile. The basic principle involves using a whitening agent containing hydrogen peroxide, which reacts with the minerals in the enamel, making the teeth appear whiter.
At the clinic, we have selected a method that delivers satisfying results within a short treatment time at an accessible price. This method uses Cool Light LED technology, which works in combination with the whitening gel and a cool light source to accelerate the chemical reaction. This allows the whitening agent to penetrate the enamel more effectively.
The entire procedure takes no more than 1 hour, and teeth can become noticeably whiter by approximately 2–3 shades after just one session, depending on the patient’s enamel condition.
However, some patients may experience temporary side effects, such as tooth sensitivity, oral irritation, or gum inflammation. These effects are usually mild and uncommon, and may occur due to the high-energy cool light used during the procedure.

However, teeth whitening is not a permanent solution. The results typically last between 6 months to 1 year, depending on the patient’s oral care habits. For patients who frequently consume tea, coffee, chocolate, soft drinks, or other pigmented foods—as well as those who smoke—teeth may become discolored again more quickly.
To help maintain the results for as long as possible, dentists recommend regular brushing and rinsing, along with reducing the intake of strongly colored foods and beverages.
